Please include the page you're writing about and, for corrections, a link to your source. I answer most messages within a few days — longer in October and November, for reasons the turkey calculator makes obvious.

Before you write

"Your number disagrees with a blog." Check the methodology page first — the disagreement is often deliberate and documented, with sources.
"Can you add [food]?" Probably. Wings, corned beef, crawfish, chicken, charcuterie, and a full cookout page are already on the bench.
